The Oregon High School Baseball Coaches Association is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the Internal Revenue Service.  This organization was developed for the purpose of promoting and advocating for Oregon high school baseball and Oregon high school baseball coaches.  Its goals are to instill in high school baseball coaches a deeper sense of responsibility in stewarding the game of baseball for high school coaches and their coaching colleagues.  

The OHSBCA also works directly with Oregon Athletic Directors and the OSAA on developing improvements and direction with high school baseball in the state of Oregon.  The OHSBCA also selects the State Coaches of the Year and works directly with the Oregon Coaches Association in selecting the National Coach of the Year Representatives from the state of Oregon.

The OHSBCA is responsible for running events that showcase both players and coaches by running the yearly 6A/5A Oregon All-Star Series in Corvallis, 4A All-Star Series at North Marion, 3A/2A/1A All-Star Series in McMinnville that showcase the state's top Senior talent and coaches each year.  
 
The OHSBCA puts on the Annual Hall of Fame Banquet for Oregon high school baseball coaches and also selects membership.  The banquet is in it's 20th year and keeps the history of high school baseball alive in the state. 

The OHSBCA has been a part of many other events through the years in helping to promote baseball by running coaches clinics, golf tournaments, and being a advocates of groups such as Old Timers Baseball Association of Portland.
