The HOF was established by the OHSBCA to recognize excellence in Oregon high school baseball coaching profession. It also recognizes community leaders commitment to progressing high school baseball.

The Oregon 4A All-Star Series is played at beautiful Bob Brack Field in North Marion, OR

The 6A/5A Richardson Oregon All-Star Series is played Oregon State University's Goss Field in Corvallis, OR
